Which Messages We Answer

Back to contact

Our inbox exists for researchers and customers. It is not a sales channel, and it never has been. This page explains exactly which messages reach a human here and which ones never get that far.

Company inquiries are not read

Offers to promote our page, run our ads, build backlinks, rewrite our copy, sell us traffic, place a guest post, or improve our search ranking are not reviewed by anyone on the team. There is no queue they sit in and no person who checks them later. They are simply gone.

The same goes for cold outreach from individuals pitching the same services under a personal name. Changing the sender does not change the outcome.

Our filter stops them before delivery

Incoming mail passes through an automated classifier before it ever lands in the support inbox. Anything it recognises as promotional outreach is rejected at that stage, so the message is never delivered, never opened, and never queued for a reply.

Because the block happens before delivery, you will not get a bounce that tells you what went wrong, and you will not get a reply. Silence is the answer.

Repeat senders get reported

Addresses and domains that keep sending after being filtered are reported to Google and to the relevant abuse desks, and they are blocked permanently at our end. We do not warn first and we do not negotiate about it.

What we do answer

Real messages get a real answer, normally within 24 hours:

  • Orders. Status, tracking, customs questions, changes, and anything that went wrong on the way to you.
  • Products. Batch details, certificates of analysis, storage, handling, and stock timing.
  • Research questions. Reconstitution, protocols, and anything covered in our education hub that still needs clarifying.
  • Payments and returns. Billing issues, refunds, and the satisfaction process.
  • Wholesale and lab partnerships. Genuine supply and testing conversations, sent with real details.

Still the right place?

If your message fits one of the topics above, write to us. If it is a pitch, please save yourself the effort.
