We lab-test every batch before it ships. If you think a vial is not up to standard, tell us. We will have it independently retested, and if it comes back off spec, we refund or replace it.

If a complaint holds up on a fresh, independent test, you get a full refund or a free replacement, whichever you prefer. We test every batch before it ships, but if a bad one gets past us, we will sort it out.

Our team checks your batch against its Certificate of Analysis and arranges an independent retest where needed.
