Peptide Calculator
Calculate exactly how much to draw into your syringe. Enter your vial strength, the volume of bacteriostatic water added and your desired dose, the syringe below marks the pull point for you.
Show the maths
Concentration is mass divided by volume: C = mass ÷ water. Working in mcg/mL gives C = (mass_mg × 1000) ÷ water_mL.
Volume to draw for a target dose: V = dose_mcg ÷ C_mcgPerML.
Insulin units on a U-100 syringe: units = V_mL × 100 (100 units = 1 mL).
Doses per vial: doses = total_mcg ÷ dose_mcg.
For research and educational use only. These tools perform arithmetic on the values you enter, always verify your own calculations before use.
Cost per Dose Calculator
Turn a vial price into cost per dose, per week and across a full cycle, including how many vials a cycle requires.
Show the maths
Doses per vial: doses = total_mcg ÷ dose_mcg. Cost per dose: price ÷ doses.
Per week: cost_per_dose × doses_per_week. Full cycle: per_week × weeks.
Vials needed: ceil(total_doses_in_cycle ÷ doses_per_vial).
Half-life & Steady State
Model how a compound accumulates with repeated administration given its elimination half-life and dosing interval. Useful for understanding approach to steady state in pharmacokinetic study design.
Show the maths
Elimination constant: k = ln(2) ÷ half-life. Fraction remaining over an interval τ: f = e^(−kτ).
Accumulation ratio at steady state: R = 1 ÷ (1 − f). Steady-state peak ≈ dose × R; trough ≈ peak × f.
This is a single-compartment model and ignores absorption; treat it as an approximation for study design.
Peptide Planner
Build your research protocol one compound at a time, set the dose, schedule and start date, then stack several compounds together as active protocols. Log each dose to keep a running research log.
| Date & Time | Peptide Compound | Dosage Administered | Actions |
|---|
Reconstitution & Storage Tracker
Log a reconstituted vial with its date, storage temperature and contents. The tracker estimates a stability window, counts remaining doses as you log usage, and keeps everything in your private workspace so you can edit or delete entries later.
No vials logged yet. Add one above to start tracking stability windows and remaining doses.
Show the maths
Concentration = mass ÷ BAC water. Total doses = mass ÷ dose.
Remaining doses = total − logged uses. Days left = (recon date + window) − today.
The default window is a generic placeholder per storage type and is fully overridable. It is an arithmetic countdown only, not a stability claim.
Saved Calculations & History
Every calculator has a save button. Saved entries land here with their inputs and a snapshot of the result, reload one straight back into its calculator, or delete it. Everything stays in your private workspace.
Nothing saved yet. Use the Save button on any calculator to keep a snapshot here.
Peptide Reference Table
A quick lookup of approximate molecular weights and common research vial sizes for frequently studied peptides. Tap any row to see its molecular weight. Figures are approximate reference values for calculation only.
| Peptide | Molecular weight | Common vial sizes | Class |
